2010 BMP CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION

Participate in the creation of an immense mosaic of people born at BMP Hospital

In 2010, BMP Hospital will celebrate its 100th birthday: an exceptional occasion to recall our history and to thank the population, volunteers, staff, doctors and the foundations for their untiring support.

In preparation for the BMP Centennial Celebration, the Centennial Committee is inviting all those born at BMP to submit their photo.

You and your children, a pride to share!
The Centennial Committee needs the collaboration of everyone in the creation of a mosaic comprised of hundreds of photos depicting those who have been born at BMP Hospital since 1910. This immense mosaic will be exhibited at BMP Hospital during the Centennial 2010 festivities.

Participation is easy!
In order for this extraordinary project to succeed, everyone born at BMP Hospital, those young and those less young, are invited to submit a photo by email or by regular postal service, before May 30, 2010 to:

The photo must meet the following criteria: :
· Recent photo of individual (print version OR digital format).
· Write the name of the person appearing in the photo on the reverse side (in block letters) OR in the case of a digital format, indicate the person’s name in the e-mail.
